Explore waterscapes through the non-visible spectrum and their evolution through time, with experimental architect Ingrid Mayrhofer-Hufnagl!
On Thursday, 25th May at 2pm CET, Ingrid will present her ongoing SciArt project Specter[al]s of Nature – Seeing beyond the visible together with her counterpart scientists Alan Belward (JRC) and Elahe Rajabiani (JRC).
This presentation marks the end of Ingrid’s residency periods at the JRC, where she has discussed with colleagues across the JRC sites on data gathered from remote sensing and earth observation technology, foresight, design, speculative thinking and urban planning. On Thursday, together with her scientists collaborators, Ingrid will present the developments of their joint research and ideas for the final art-work. This residency is taking place in the framework of Resonances IV on NaturArchy: Towards a Natural Contract.
The presentation will be hybrid in format and Webex attendance will be possible. We welcome you to attend in person to meet Ingrid, discuss and pose any burning questions.
Please contact JRC-RESONANCES@ec.europa.eu if you would like to receive the link to attend or want to join in person.
